Sec. 42.017. INSURANCE PREMIUMS

The board may provide for payment of the premiums required to maintain coverage under Title XVIII of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. Section 1395 et seq.) for certain classes of persons with end stage renal disease, in individually considered instances according to criteria established by board rules.
