Sec. 43.013. FUNDS

(a) Subject to limitations or conditions prescribed by the legislature, the board may seek, receive, and spend funds received from any public or private source for the purposes of this chapter.
(b) The department is not required to provide oral health services unless funds are appropriated to the department for that express purpose.
