Sec. 75.103. OTHER HEALTH BENEFIT PLANS OR PROGRAMS

To the extent authorized by federal law, the governing body may establish or facilitate the establishment of self-funded health benefit plans or may facilitate the provision of health benefit coverage through health savings accounts and high-deductible health plans.
