Sec. 86.103. ADVISORY COUNCIL

(a) The lung cancer advisory council is appointed by the executive commissioner of the Health and Human Services Commission.
(b) The lung cancer advisory council consists of the following three members:
(1) one member who is a physician active in the treatment of lung cancer;
(2) one member who is an advocate for lung cancer patients; and
(3) one member of the public who is a survivor of lung cancer.
