Sec. 86.103. ADVISORY COUNCIL

  • (a) The lung cancer advisory council is appointed by the executive commissioner of the Health and Human Services Commission.

    (b) The lung cancer advisory council consists of the following three members:

    (1) one member who is a physician active in the treatment of lung cancer;

    (2) one member who is an advocate for lung cancer patients; and

    (3) one member of the public who is a survivor of lung cancer.
