Sec. 98.1047. STUDIES ON LONG-TERM CARE FACILITY REPORTING OF ADVERSE HEALTH CONDITIONS

(a) In consultation with the Texas Institute of Health Care Quality and Efficiency under Chapter 1002, the department shall study which adverse health conditions commonly occur in long-term care facilities and, of those health conditions, which are potentially preventable.
(b) The department shall develop recommendations for reporting adverse health conditions identified under Subsection (a).
