Sec. 222.007. AGREEMENTS FOR USE OF FACILITIES AND SERVICES OF OTHER ENTITIES

To the extent the commissioner considers desirable to carry out the purposes of this subchapter, the commissioner may enter into an agreement for the use of a facility or service of another public or private department, agency, or institution.
