Sec. 260A.013. BAD FAITH, MALICIOUS, OR RECKLESS REPORTING; CRIMINAL PENALTY

(a) A person commits an offense if the person reports under this chapter in bad faith, maliciously, or recklessly.
(b) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.
(c) The criminal penalty provided by this section is in addition to any civil penalties for which the person may be liable.
