Sec. 263.027. APPROVAL OF CONSTRUCTION OR REPAIR BY BOARD OF HEALTH

If requested by the commissioners court of a county, the Texas Board of Health must approve plans for the construction, alteration, or repair of a hospital or facility under this chapter before the construction, alteration, or repair may begin.
