Sec. 283.049. DISTRICT INSPECTIONS

(a) The district facilities may be inspected by a representative of the Texas Board of Health or any other state board authorized to supervise a hospital.
(b) A resident district officer shall:
(1) admit an inspector into the district facilities; and
(2) on demand give the inspector access to records, reports, books, papers, and accounts related to the district.
