Sec. 288.104. RULES AND PROCEDURES

(a) The commission may adopt rules governing the operation of the district, including rules relating to the administration of a tax authorized by this chapter.
(b) In order to implement the requirements of Sections 288.102 and 288.103, the commission shall adopt any necessary procedures.
