Sec. 311.023. NO LIABILITY FOR FAILURE TO PROVIDE EMERGENCY SERVICES AFTER GOOD FAITH EFFORT

  • An employee of a general hospital that does not have physician services available at the time of an emergency is not in violation of Section 311.022 if, after a reasonable good faith effort, a physician fails to provide or delegate the provision of medical services as required by state statutes.
