Sec. 311.032. DEPARTMENT ADMINISTRATION OF HOSPITAL REPORTING AND COLLECTION SYSTEM

(a) The department shall establish a uniform reporting and collection system for hospital financial and utilization data.
(b) The board shall adopt necessary rules consistent with this subchapter to govern the reporting and collection of data.
