Sec. 361.025. EXEMPT ACTIVITIES

(a) The commission and the Railroad Commission of Texas shall jointly prepare an exclusive list of activities that are associated with oil and gas exploration, development, and production and are therefore exempt from regulation under this chapter.
(b) The list shall be adopted by rule and amended as necessary.
