Sec. 361.155. COUNTY NOTIFICATION OF LICENSE APPLICATION TO COMMISSION

The county shall mail a copy of each license application with pertinent supporting data to the commission. The commission has at least 60 days to submit comments and recommendations on the license application before the county may act on the application unless that privilege is waived by the commission.
