Sec. 361.907. GRANTS AND LOANS

To help finance an assessment, eligible site remediation, or inspection, a county may provide money as a grant or a loan from a county fund established under Section 361.903 to:
(1) an eligible owner; or
(2) a licensed professional engineer or contractor who meets the requirements of Section 361.906.
