Sec. 363.115. TAX EXEMPT STATUS OF CERTAIN RESOURCE RECOVERY SYSTEMS

A resource recovery system acquired by a public agency to reduce municipal solid waste by mechanical means or incineration is exempt from property taxes of any municipality, county, school district, or other political subdivision of the state.
