Sec. 371.108. SPILL PREVENTION AND CONTROL

Each registered storage facility and each facility of a registered processor shall develop a plan to prevent spills and respond to spills in accordance with the federal spill prevention, control, and countermeasure requirements provided by Title 40, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 112, as amended.
