Sec. 382.208. ATTAINMENT PROGRAM

(a) Except as provided by Section 382.202(j) or another provision of this chapter, the commission shall coordinate with federal, state, and local transportation planning agencies to develop and implement transportation programs and other measures necessary to demonstrate and maintain attainment of national ambient air quality standards and to protect the public from exposure to hazardous air contaminants from motor vehicles.
(b) Participating agencies include the Texas Department of Transportation and metropolitan planning organizations designated by the governor.
