Sec. 401.201. REGULATION OF LOW-LEVEL RADIOACTIVE WASTE DISPOSAL

The commission shall directly regulate the disposal of low-level radioactive waste in accordance with this subchapter. The person making the disposal shall comply with this subchapter and commission rules.
