Sec. 431.061. MINOR VIOLATION

This chapter does not require the commissioner, an authorized agent, or a health authority to report for prosecution or the institution of proceedings under this chapter a minor violation of this chapter if the commissioner, authorized agent, or health authority believes that the public interest is adequately served by a suitable written notice or warning.
