Sec. 431.249. DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION

(a) The commissioner may publish reports summarizing the judgments, decrees, and court orders rendered under this chapter, including the nature and disposition of the charge.
(b) The commissioner may disseminate information regarding a food, drug, device, or cosmetic in a situation that the commissioner determines to involve imminent danger to health or gross deception of consumers.
(c) This section does not prohibit the commissioner from collecting, reporting, and illustrating the results of an investigation by the commissioner.
