Sec. 431.272. LICENSE REQUIRED; MINIMUM STANDARDS

(a) Except as provided by Section 431.273, a person may not operate as a distributor or manufacturer of devices in this state unless the person has a license from the commissioner for each place of business.
(b) A distributor or manufacturer of devices in this state must comply with the minimum requirements specified in the federal Act and in this chapter.
