Sec. 433.042. SALE OF MISLABELED ARTICLES PROHIBITED

A person may not sell an article subject to this chapter or offer the article for sale, in intrastate commerce, under a false or misleading name or other marking or in a container of a misleading form or size. An established trade name, other marking and labeling, or a container that is not false or misleading and that is approved by the commissioner is permitted.
