Sec. 433.088. COMPENSATION OF WITNESS OR REPORTER

A witness summoned before the commissioner is entitled to the same fees and mileage paid a witness in a state court. A witness whose deposition is taken and the person taking the deposition are each entitled to the same fees paid for similar services in a state court.
