Sec. 433.093. UNLAWFUL DISCLOSURE; CRIMINAL PENALTY

  • (a) A state officer or employee commits an offense if the officer or employee makes public information obtained by the commissioner without the approval of the commissioner.

    (b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $5,000, imprisonment for not more than one year, or both.
