Sec. 436.037. REFUND OF ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY

Not later than the 30th day after the date of a judicial determination that an administrative penalty against a person should be reduced or not assessed, the director shall:
(1) remit to the person the appropriate amount of any penalty payment plus accrued interest; or
(2) execute a release of the bond if the person has posted a bond.
