Sec. 461.0142. FUNDING POLICY MANUAL

Latest version.

(a) The commission shall publish a funding policy manual that explains:
(1) the commission's funding priorities and provider selection criteria; and
(2) the methods the commission used to develop funding policies.
(b) The commission shall update the manual annually.
