Sec. 485.034. FAILURE TO POST SIGN

Latest version.

(a) A person commits an offense if the person sells an abusable volatile chemical in a business establishment and the person does not display the sign required by Section 485.017.
(b) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.
