Sec. 501.003. DESIGNATION OF RADIOACTIVE SUBSTANCE AS HAZARDOUS

The board by rule shall designate a radioactive substance to be a hazardous substance if, with respect to the substance as used in a particular class of article or as packaged, the board finds that the substance is sufficiently hazardous as to require labeling as a hazardous substance under this chapter in order to protect the public health.
