Sec. 532.018. AUDITS

(a) The financial transactions of the department are subject to audit by the state auditor in accordance with Chapter 321, Government Code.
(b) The director of the internal audit unit shall report directly to the commissioner.
(c) Each audit report shall be submitted directly to the board.
