Sec. 533.063. REVIEW OF ICF-MR RULES

(a) The department and the Texas Department of Human Services shall meet as necessary to discuss proposed changes in the rules or the interpretation of the rules that govern the ICF-MR program.
(b) The departments shall jointly adopt a written policy interpretation letter that describes the proposed change and shall make a copy of the letter available to providers.
