Sec. 534.012. ADVISORY COMMITTEES

(a) The board of trustees may appoint committees, including medical committees, to advise the board of trustees on matters relating to mental health and mental retardation services.
(b) Each committee must be composed of at least three members.
(c) The appointment of a committee does not relieve the board of trustees of the final responsibility and accountability as provided by this subtitle.
