Sec. 534.064. CONTRACT RENEWAL

The commissioner may refuse to renew a contract with a local mental health or mental retardation authority and may select other agencies, entities, or organizations to be the local mental health or mental retardation authority if the department's evaluation of the authority's performance indicates that the authority cannot ensure the availability of the specific services to priority populations required by the department and this subtitle.
