Sec. 593.079. PREVIOUS FEE AGREEMENTS

The unpaid portion of charges for support, maintenance, and treatment due from a parent before January 1, 1978, under agreements made before that date, remain as an obligation under previous law, but only to the extent of parental responsibility prescribed by the department fee schedule.
