Sec. 693.022. PERSONS WHO MAY ENUCLEATE EYE AS ANATOMICAL GIFT

Only the following persons may enucleate an eye that is an anatomical gift:
(1) a licensed physician;
(2) a licensed doctor of dental surgery or medical dentistry;
(3) a licensed embalmer; or
(4) a technician supervised by a physician.
