Sec. 773.005. BUREAU OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT

(a) The bureau of emergency management is in the department under the direction of a bureau chief.
(b) The bureau chief must have:
(1) proven ability as an administrator and organizer; and
(2) direct experience in emergency medical services.
(c) In filling the position of bureau chief, the department shall give preference to a physician who applies for the position.
