Sec. 773.071. FEES

(a) To the extent feasible, the board by rule shall set the fees under this subchapter in amounts necessary for the department to recover the cost of administering this subchapter.
(b) Subsection (a) does not apply to fees for which Section 773.059 prescribes the method for determining the amount of the fees.
