Sec. 781.051. GENERAL POWERS AND DUTIES

(a) The department shall perform the functions and duties provided by this chapter.
(b) The commissioner shall adopt rules necessary to administer this chapter.
(c) The commissioner shall establish fees necessary to administer this chapter, including fees for processing and issuing or renewing a license or registration under this chapter.
(d) The commissioner shall prescribe forms required by this chapter.
