Sec. 781.258. CONTINUING EDUCATION

(a) The department may recognize, prepare, or administer continuing education programs for license holders and registrants. The department shall set the minimum number of hours that must be completed and the types of programs that may be offered.
(b) A license holder or registrant must participate in the programs to the extent required by the department to keep the person's license or registration. A license holder or registrant shall submit evidence of compliance with the department's continuing education requirements in a manner prescribed by the department.
