Sec. 781.352. HEARING

(a) If the department proposes to revoke or suspend a person's license or registration, the person is entitled to a hearing before a hearings officer appointed by the State Office of Administrative Hearings.
(b) The commissioner shall prescribe procedures for appealing to the department a decision to revoke or suspend a license or registration.
