Sec. 781.354. PROBATION

The department may require a person whose license or registration suspension is probated to:
(1) report regularly to the department on matters that are the basis of the probation;
(2) limit practice to areas prescribed by the department; or
(3) continue the person's professional education until the license or registration holder attains a degree of skill satisfactory to the department in those areas that are the basis of the probation.
