Sec. 1811.056. USE OF DISAPPROVED CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE FORMS

A person who receives written notice under Section 1811.102 that a certificate of insurance form filed under this chapter has been disapproved by the commissioner shall immediately stop using the form.
