Sec. 1952.160. INAPPLICABILITY TO ACCIDENT OR HEALTH INSURANCE

This subchapter applies only to an automobile insurance policy subject to this subtitle or Subchapter A, Chapter 5, and does not apply to any other accident or health insurance policy, regardless of whether the accident or health insurance policy provides indemnity against automobile-connected injuries.
