Sec. 2053.013. REVIEW OF RATES; CONSIDERATION OF OTHER LAW

In reviewing rates under this subchapter, the commissioner shall consider any state or federal legislation that has been enacted and that may impact rates and premiums for workers' compensation insurance coverage in this state.
