The commissioner may reduce or eliminate reporting requirements for insurance companies whose workers' compensation insurance business falls below a specific minimum premium volume established by the commissioner by rule.
(d) A person may not distribute or otherwise disclose a social security number or any other information collected under Subsection (a) that would disclose the identity of a claimant.
