Sec. 2210.362. IMPLIED CONSENT BY APPLICANT FOR INSURANCE COVERAGE

For purposes of this chapter, an applicant for insurance coverage is considered to have consented to the appropriate rates and classifications authorized by this chapter regardless of any other rates or classifications.
