Sec. 2210.619. NO PERSONAL LIABILITY

The members of the association, members of the association board of directors, association employees, the board, the employees of the Texas Public Finance Authority, the commissioner, and department employees are not personally liable as a result of exercising the rights and responsibilities granted under this subchapter.
