Sec. 2211.252. ADDITIONAL DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURES

In addition to the remedies provided by Section 2211.251, the commissioner may use any other disciplinary procedures authorized by this code, including the cease and desist procedures authorized by Chapter 83.
