Sec. 2251.203. ESTABLISHMENT OF OTHER STANDARD RATE INDEXES

The commissioner may compute and establish standard rate indexes other than the rate index required under Section 2251.202(a) for any of the personal automobile insurance coverages listed under that subsection as necessary to implement this subchapter.
