Sec. 4051.152. APPLICABILITY OF CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS

The provisions of this title that apply to the holder of a general property and casualty license apply to the holder of a license issued under this subchapter, except that proof of financial responsibility is not required for a person licensed only under this subchapter.
